Refund Policy

We strive to deliver every engagement to the highest professional standard. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be considered for services provided by Finreads Medialabs Private Limited under the brand Finreads Consultants.

1. Eligibility

Refunds are considered based on the stage of service engagement at the time of request:

  • Before work commences: Full refund less payment-gateway charges.
  • Work in progress: Pro-rata refund based on work completed and effort expended.
  • After service completion: No refund will be issued.

2. Payment-Gateway Charges

Payment-gateway charges levied by Razorpay or other processors are generally non-refundable.

3. Government Fees and Third-Party Costs

Government filing fees, professional certifications, stamp duty, valuation fees and any third-party costs paid on your behalf are non-refundable once incurred.

4. Case-by-Case Review

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The decision of Finreads Medialabs Private Limited on the refund quantum will be final.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 15 business days to the original payment instrument.
